There's
so many neat events going on this time of year, I thought I'd share a couple of
them with you.
Girl Power
The
organization, 85 Broads welcomes you to celebrate the
release of the book, More than 85 Broads
Join author Janet Hanson and 85-Broads member,
Bridget Altenburg, for cocktails, discussion and book-signing in Chicago this
Tuesday, May 30th.
Janet Hanson founded 85 Broads based on a very simple but
compelling principle. The focus is extraordinarily positive and their
mission is to create a global community of truly exceptional women who define
success on their own terms, both personally and professionally.
Originally founded in 1999 as an independent network for Goldman Sachs women
professionals, 85 Broads has grown into a dynamic and diverse community of
over 13,000 members around the world including women MBAs and undergraduate
students. Janets book, More than 85 Broads,
exemplifies the power of this network, by introducing
us to many members, each with her own fascinating story,
professional passion, and personal definition of success.
Tuesday, May 30th from 6pm-8pm
