Tips to Conquer Clutter
(Submitted by Rita Emmett author
of, Procrastinator's Handbook written)
Feed the wastebasket
Get rid of what you don't need
Skim material as soon as it arrives
Don't even skim junk mail; just toss it
Pass on to the appropriate person any papers
someone else can handle
Find a place for everything worth keeping &
put the papers there NOW
Realize the world won't end if you get rid of
it
Recycle it
Ask yourself: Do you really want to be caretaker
of this paper? Do you really want to devote precious
space to this?
Handle each piece of paper only once
Get rid of it
Nothing
nourishes the body better than freshly extracted veggie
juice (with apples, too). At first drinking something
green may not be your cup of "tea", but once you get
past the color of it and savor the flavor, you'll be
calling Jack LaLane and asking for his favorite juicing
recipes.
Well,
look no further, because I've found the book that will
make even the kiddies in your house searching for the
stool to help you "juice it up". Juicing
for Jocks, written by Joan Stanek is a simple-to-read
and navigate, little book that will fit on your kitchen
counter and keep you in greens, reds and oranges! Give
it a try, you'll thank me.

Remember
to increase your water intake this summer, drinking
at least 8-8ounce glasses each day. Try adding a slice
of lemon, orange or lime to the glass for a nice treat!
Diet sodas won't do, try to avoid them this summer as
they only dehydrate and drain your body of much needed
minerals and nutrients.
Also,
try using reusable stainless steel water bottles...Did
you know that it takes over 1000 years for a plastic
water bottle to decompose in nature. Wow, with the way
we drink water these days, that can really add up.
Do
your part, reduce, reuse and recycle! Your great grandchildren
will thank you for it!
Enjoy the Beauty,
Beth
