It's so important to stay hydrated all year long, especially
in the hot summer months. I've found this fantastic
water bottle that really hits the spot. It's called
Klean
Kanteen and it's created to encourage better health,
hydration and environmental responsibility.
The
bottles are made of stainless steel an iron-containing
alloy made from some of the basic elements found on
earth; iron ore, chromium, silicon, nickel, carbon,
nitrogen and manganese. Klean Kanteens are constructed
from high quality sanitary grade 304 stainless steel
which has a low nickel content. It has an excellent
resistance to stain or rust due to its chromium content
and it is easy to clean, durable and sanitary...making
it an excellent choice for sport bottles, lunchbox water
bottles or on-the-desk-water-on-the-go!

When
you've had your share of water, nature's healthiest
drink, add some fun flavor to your walks on the beach,
picnics in the park and post-work outs (just be sure
to recycle the can!), with the new craze: Bloom
Energy !
Bloom
Energy is a new energy drink specially formulated
for women that you can feel good about; energy that
will fuel your mind, body and spirit. The fun part is
that it provides essential ingredients to make you feel
revitalized, without compromising on taste and nutrition.
I like the cran raspberry flavor, but you can choose
from wild berry or mango passionfruit, too.
You'll
be happy to know that Bloom Energy is rich in
antioxidants and only 100 calories (but who's counting).
As a busy multi-faceted woman, you need some quick energy
on the run without compromising on healthy ingredients.
Traditional energy drinks are perceived as being unhealthy
and artificial tasting, but Bloom Energy has a
full serving of fruit in each 10.5 oz can for long-lasting
energy!

never tasted so good! www.BloomEnergy.com

I love to swim but I don't like the smell of chlorine
on my skin. One of my most favorite newsletters comes
from Dr. Andrew Weil. Recently he answered a parent's
question about the safety of chlorine in pools.
The
question: What precautions should parents take for
children who swim a lot?
The
answer: Chlorine used to disinfect swimming pools
is a (possible) health hazard and may trigger asthma
in children. Among adults it has been linked with other
health problems including bladder cancer and may increase
the risk for coronary heart disease. To read more, click

Weil's newsletter
I
think with any information, it's good to research things
yourself and make an educated decision based on your
own findings. I think it's helpful to have a variety
of opinions and facts to base your own opinion. As for
me, I know we'll be swimming from time to time, but
we will definitely rinse off and take precautions.
Happy
Summer!
