Oftentimes
I'll say to my friends, "I'm trying to live
a mindful life." But, what does that really
mean? In my opinion it is living thoughtful of yourself,
others and the planet. Every action that we take
has a profound ripple effect that reaches much further
than we can sometimes imagine. Recently, I've experienced
some ripple effects from actions that I've taken
in my life and I have to admit, some are good and
some are not so good. But, in life we are not always
certain which road to take and that is when we have
to rely upon our intuition and just "do the
best we can". That leads us to this week's
show:
This week on our radio show (click
to listen Thursday at 2pm CST), A Balanced Life,
we have the pleasure of speaking with Sherri Langburt,
founder of SingleEdition.com.
Sherri is an independent spirit who is teaching
non-married people the art of living happily ever
NOW.
We also have the privilege of speaking with Sue
Patton Thoele, author of the book, The Mindful Woman.
Sue is a psychotherapist, former hospice chaplain,
and bereavement group leader. She is author of a
dozen books, including The Courage To Be Yourself,
The Woman's Book of Soul, Growing Hope, Freedoms
After 50, and The Woman's Book of Courage.
I think you'll truly enjoy this week's show and
I welcome any feedback or email
questions you might have for our guests.
