Phil Doesn't see his shadow

Punxsutawney Phil (The Official Ground Hog) DID NOT see his shadow today, so according to legend and German superstition that if a hibernating animal casts a shadow on February 2nd, the Christian holiday of Candlemas, winter will last another six weeks. If the shadow is seen, legend says spring will be early!

Even though I look out my window and the temperature reads below 30 degrees, I have to believe this legend is true...bring on springtime!
