In each TV episode, For Her Information immerses Aldrich as host and the viewer in a topic of interest—the viewer’s own interest—and together they meet an expert who provides both answers and insight, on site. To date, For Her Information has covered topics as diverse as parenting, to plants and empowering girls. The series has been aired nationally on PBS in over 60 markets, in Chicago on NBC's PAX Network and on national cable network via i-Lifetv. Aldrich’s background is rich with professional experiences well suited to this endeavor. With more than 20 years of on-camera work, including the lead role in all of Delta Airlines on-board videos for 5 years, numerous commercials and industrials, Aldrich is an engaging and entertaining host. She is an active SAG member, with a B.A. in Journalism; internship with an ABC affiliate station in Virginia; improvisation studies at Second City Training Center in Chicago; and acting, scene study and on-camera technique at both the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta and Act One in Chicago.

In 2003, Aldrich started her own production company, For Her Information Media, LLC (formerly, In Her Shoes, LLC); with projects such as, For Her Information TV, A Balanced Life radio show, FHI Online magazine and FHI Weekly newsletter. Aldrich lives with her husband, Tom, and three sons in Chicago’s Lincoln Park. Her family life frames her belief: “If you take care of yourself, you can then cultivate others and together nurture the Earth and that's what For Her Information is all about.”
