Launched in February, 2006, FHI is a quarterly publication packed with information to empower and inspire even the most together urban women. Topics are organized by department: her body, her home, her soul, her city, her style, her story, her family, her community, her purse and her last laugh, and each section includes resources to encourage readers to take action.
Women can also tune in for similar content by watching PBS-syndicated series "For Her Information." Publisher and executive producer Beth Aldrich hosts this companion program, a "real" reality show for women, with topics ranging from body image to eco-friendly architecture.
