Beth Aldrich is a wife and working mother
of three sons.
She owns her own creative production company,
For Her Information Media, LLC established in
early 2003. With productions such as the PBS
TV series, For Her Information,
the Seattle Radio Shows, CConversations with
Beth and Dan and A Balanced Life with Beth Aldrich.
Beth is the Founder of Restoring Essence Health
and Wellness, founded in 2007, working as a
Certified Health, Wellness and Nutrition Specialist.
Beth has over 20 years of on-air experience,
including the lead role in all of Delta Airline's
on-board videos for 5 years, numerous commercials,
media interview and industrials and is an active
SAG member.
Beth has a BA in Journalism with a minor in
dance, interned with a morning talk show at
an ABC affiliate station in Virginia, studied
Improv at the Second City Training Center, trained
in acting, scene study and on-camera technique
at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta and at Act
One in Chicago.
Beth is a professional figure skater who has
taught many children the basics is ice skating.
Beth Aldrich qualified for and ran the 2000
Boston Marathon with a Personal Best time, and
has even mentored and trained 40 runners TO
COMPLETE their own first marathon.
